Members of MCCU may access their accounts at any of the CU Service Centers. These locations provide many of the services you use at Metrum Credit Union.

Important tips when using a CU Service Center*:

Receive statement printouts (last 10 transactions)

Bring appropriate ID: When visiting a Service Center, please be sure to bring appropriate identification such as a valid Driver’s License; Military Identification; Passport; Alien Registration Card; State Identification Card; or a Current-Year School Identification (for members under 18 years of age).

Know your account number. It is very important that you know your account number. Service Center locations do not have the capacity to look up account numbers.

The following transactions cannot be completed at a Service Center. Please visit the credit union to conduct the following transactions:

Name/Address Change
Open new services or accounts
Make changes to your account
Order checks

*Members may make up to 4 transactions, per month, at no charge at a CU Service Center. Transactions exceeding 4 each month will be assessed a $2 fee. Please note that if cashing a check, this may be considered as two transactions (depositing the check into your account, and withdrawing the funds), depending on the CU Service Center you are using.

**These services are not available at all locations. For more information, please contact the service center in your area. Checks written by members to a non-member cannot be cashed at CU Service Centers. Any non-member must come to the credit union to cash the check. Only Metrum Credit union Can place or remove a hold from your account. Contact the credit union,
