E-Statements & Notices

Metrum Credit Union's E-Statements & Notices program provides a more timely and secure delivery of important account information. When statements and notices are generated on your account, they will be delivered to your email immediately, rather than waiting for the mail system to delivery it.

E-Statements include your monthly/quarterly periodic statement, and VISA Credit Card statements. Account Notices include CD Renewals, Delinquencies, and Non-Sufficient Funds.

Notifications will be delivered to the e-mail address specified on your account, only if you are enrolled to receive your statements and notices electronically.

If you are not currently enrolled to receive your statement electronically and would like to, here's how...
Log in to your account via the Internet Account Access program by clicking on the diamond-shaped icon found at the top left of this web page.* Once logged in, select Services then E-mail Preferences. Click on the +Add button to enter in your e-mail address and then select which products you would like to have delivered by e-mail.

*If you do not have a login for the Internet Account Access, please call or email the Credit Union for assistance.

All Statement Copies Available Online!

Members can access current and past statements online when logged into the Internet Account Access! To view statements, select Services, then View Statements. The statements are PDF copies and a free download to Adobe Acrobat Reader is available below, or in the Internet Account Access.

VISA E-Statement Notification

VISA Credit Card Statements are available online! Your detailed VISA account will be made available online on or around the 20th of every month. To access your VISA statement, log into your Internet Account Access, select Services, then View Statements. Remember, you can also pay your VISA bill online as a transfer from your Metrum Credit Union savings or checking account.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the statements. If you do not have Adobe, download it free of charge by clicking on the Adobe Link.
