24-Hour Express Line

Our 24-Hour Express Line provides access to your Credit Union accounts 24-hours a day, 365 days a year with a touch-tone phone*. Best of all, 24-Hour Express Line is free, convenient and confidential!

24-Hour Express Line allows you to:

  Check balances
  Hear checks that have cleared
  Hear deposits made to your account
  Transfer funds from savings to checking
  Transfer funds from checking to savings
  Transfer from a share account to make a loan payment
  Listen to ATM or automatic withdrawal activity

To get started call 303-770-5687 or toll free at 888-383-5926. You will be asked to input your account number followed by the pound sign (#) and then to enter your personal identification number (contact the Credit Union if you don't have a password).

24-Hour Express Line will prompt you throughout the process. If you have any problems please contact the Credit Union and one of our friendly Member Services Representatives will be happy to assist you.

*The system will be unavailable to perform routine updates, and end-of-month processing.

The system is set up with menu options, and then sub-menu options after. Following is a brief listing of the Main Menu and the areas most members will be using.

To go back to the Main Menu, press the * key, to go back to the beginning of the sub-menu that you are in, press the # key.
