Transfer Form

Setting up automatic transfers is a great way to simplify making payments to your MCCU loans, and a terrific method to help you reach your savings goals.

You can set up automatic transfers on your accounts within the Transfers Menu in the Internet Account Accss.

The Transfer Request form will allow you to set up reoccurring transfers to your other account suffixes. This form can also be used to allow online transfers to and from your account with other specified accounts that do not have common ownership.

To get started, print, complete and sign the attached form, and return it to the Credit Union. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print this form. If you do not have Adobe, download it free of charge by clicking on the Adobe Link.
